How does the Broadband Accelerator service work?
Your broadband speed is affected by four things:
- How well your computer works
- The wiring in your home
- Your local broadband network and distance from the exchange
- How many people are using the Internet at the same time
The Broadband Accelerator service will work on the first two of these issues. Please note: although the internal wiring check will benefit all computers in your home, the engineer will only work on improving one computer’s performance.
